: (1) Notwithstanding anything written in Sections 4 and 5, if the paid-up capital of the licensee and the bond held at the time of obtaining the license show a decrease in the ratio of the increase in the business of the licensee, the department shall, as necessary, may order the licensee to increase the paid-up capital or submit additional bond.
(2) If there is an order according to sub-section (1), the concerned licensee shall increase the paid-up capital of the company or file an additional bond within the specified time limit as per the order given by the department.
(3) According to sub-section (1) the paid-up capital to be increased and other arrangements related to determination of additional bond amount shall be as prescribed.
